We are looking for a Client Care Specialist / Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Summary:
Provides general office support with a focus on client care through a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff and assisting with walk in sign-ups.
Essential functions:
1) Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner– assist callers - screen PCI, transfer calls, take messages, identify problem issues for immediate responsiveness.
2) Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
3) Assist with status updates and general info for clients, providers and adjusters.
4) Consult or complete intake for MVA, WC cases.
5) Assist with disbursements – monitor and complete checklists.
6) Email, fax, copy, scan, notarize and mail documents.
7) Prepare interoffice mail for Courier.
8) Monitor cleanliness of reception area and restroom.
9) Distribute incoming mail and correspondence to staff.
10) Monitor and forward daily log to Intake Manager.
11) All other duties required.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
Position type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Required education and experience:
1) High School Diploma
2) Associate degree (preferred)
3) Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar
4) Professional attitude and appearance
